Mark_Ellis Postad 6 Mars , 2023 Rapport Share Postad 6 Mars , 2023 Trying to translate the Bv202 Accessories / Tillbehörslista list, and these items have me stumped. I've searched the 1972 and 1976 Spare parts catalogues, and these aren't in there. So does anyone have photos of the; M2760-001010 Lysplatta F1053-012720 Bandmonteringsvkt Bandmonteringsverktyg M2744-004011 Sladdlampa 10M Fodr and it's box/accessories Many thanks Citera Länk till kommentar Dela på andra webbplatser
Vinkon Postad 6 Mars , 2023 Rapport Share Postad 6 Mars , 2023 Hi, Lysplatta, see our member MrDiesels 934-truck: Lysplatta is the white square in the front. It was to help drivers see each others vehicles easier during night-driving with the headlights turned of. It consists of a piece of mdf and some luminescent paint. However the paint in question is apperently cancerogen and it's function is a bit outdated due to night vision-devices. Bandmonteringsverktyg, se the instructions manual: To be honest I haven't seen one myself IRL so it's hard to tell if its just a piece of chain or more elobrate that that... Förlängningsrör, it usually is just a piece of tube used as an extention for extra leverage, and the description in the accessories list fits that. Sladdlampa, the model in question probably is this one (or one similar to it): By tradition the listing of its parts are often ridiculously retarded and have confused drivers for generations 1 2 Citera Länk till kommentar Dela på andra webbplatser

The White square might explain the little holder on the front of my mate's Bv202NF1. Although that is only big enough for thin sheet, rather than thick board. So Bandmonteringsverktyg is a length of Chain. Is Förlängningsrör an extension for the Articulated handle - for the socket bars? Can Sladdlampa be this one? I thought this was some sort of water navigation light due to the colours. I imagined Sladdlampa to be more like a searchlight, with a red cover Citera Länk till kommentar Dela på andra webbplatser

The holders also function as an holder for unit belonging: (spoof unit) Yes, the förlängsningsrör is used together with some kind of socket wrench of 11 mm. Yes, sladdlampa can look like that. It literally means lamp with a cord. However I have never seen that type of configuration, nor does the marking on the container look swedish. Swedish ones have usually white and red filters. Mayby yours is norwegian or danish? *EDIT* Found this: https://olav-teigen.no/produkt/kolonnelys-handlampe-brukt/ Looks like a norwegian one. No marine application according to the description. Mark_Ellis Postad 6 Mars , 2023 Författare Rapport Share Postad 6 Mars , 2023 It's a shame that Burco don't still use the same numbers for their tools, as the 11mm ratchet makes no sense when they're all 1/2 sockets My mate has this plate holder on the front. It's an NF1. I thought -25- was Sweden. I have seen a post of one for sale from a Weasel, so perhaps -25- is America. UK is NATO code -99- I find it quite funny that they have plates to show them in the dark. I was British Army in Germany for a while. Our officers would send us out on the darkest nights with no moon light - to build bridges and lay mine fields. How no one got killed in my unit is beyond me. We had a 5w convoy light, which shone down onto a white disk underneath trucks, and on some black and white stripes on tracked vehicles and the Stalwart. But no little lights or visibility plate on the front 1 Citera Länk till kommentar Dela på andra webbplatser
kristaga Postad 20 Mars , 2023 Rapport Share Postad 20 Mars , 2023 This plate holder is exactly like the holder on the Norwegian BV202NF1 and the Norwegian L3314N. It is for a plate displaying what military unit your vehicle belongs to. Often they just painted the unit code and unit colour on the vehicle: På 2023-03-06 på 20:24, Mark_Ellis säger: My mate has this plate holder on the front.
