Stowage of spare Bv202 Carrier wheels

According to the Accessories list, two spare Carrier wheels are stored in the rear carriage.

Can anyone tell me where they are stored, or how they are secured to stop them moving, please?

Since they have the code "BV" (Legend at end) next to them in the accessories list and not the box on the rear cab roof, I'm guessing they were placed under the benches and at most secured with a strap or something.

Page 260 of the 1972 Illustrated parts list shows some straps under the wooden benches. I just can't work out what they're for.
