Second gear is the secret, put it in gear and two seconds later assembly on the work bench. Thanks for the tip.
The body is now off and about to go and be dipped, I hoping not too many unknown horrors will be exposed! I hadn't really planned doing a lot to the chassis but I'm now tempted to go the whole way and remove the axles, engine gearbox etc and have it dipped too. Living in Scotland there is a lot of salt used on the roads in the winter and it seems sensible to do a proper protective job having come so far.
