Sugga engine parts

Hi all my engine has big problems, it stopped running on one cylinder and started smoking on overrun

.i did a compression test and five very low and one zero. I had a look up the inlet tract and found the valve is cracked. So I took the head off and the bores look worn as well.

 

So my question is . Does anyone know a source for spares Ie valves and Pistons head gasket etc.

 

Are there any other trucks/cars with similar parts?

 

Or does anyone have a good engine for sale?

 

Or which other engines are an easy fit?
