I was quite surprised that with such a comprehensive tool and spares kit, including Tyre valve caps and Tyre valve cores, that there is nothing to inflate the tyres with !

Or is there another list ?

Good point.

I never thought about it. Since it's not in the list you probably just shifted to a spare wheel and replaced them or filled them up at a later occasion.

Since the tire is to stiff for a crew to shift the inner tube themselves there probably was mountain of wheels by the local motor pool with some poor sucker replacing inner tubes all day...
