C202 hard to steer

hi im having a problem with the steeri g on 78 c202 the problem is that its very hard and it has a littel play o it i ca t park it its that hard to can any o e help

First things first: please post questions in new topics, not in this thread.

 

Have you downloaded the catalogue?

This car doesn´t have any servo steering so it´s hard to steer, specially when parking.

You can try to loosen nut 27 on page 296 in the catalogue, then turn the screw a little bit anticlockwise, then tighten the nut again.

The risk with this is that the steering might become a little less accurate.

If you don't have a disconect 4x4 break contact and try to park and recently push the break all fourweels will try to do move same.
