Jag hörde idag att Biltemas AlfaRomeooljepluggar skulle passa till TGB, vilken av oljepluggarna det var framgick dock ej för det hade han glömt...

12mm insektsskuv var det i pluggen. 

Tror ni man enkelt kan fästa en neodymmagnet i en oljeplugg för att fånga upp järnfilspånen?

Neodymmagneten lär i vart fall vara betydligt kraftigare än originalmagneterna

Jag hade på nån terrängbil 8-kantiga oljepluggar som passade nån grov hylsa med M-mått. Var nånstans 19-24 skulle jag tro. Kommer inte ihåg säkert men tror att det även var bytt på axel äxelväxlarna men då något mindre.

 

Väldigt bra passform med hylsnyckelsatsen.

Fyrkantsskallarna är mindre i diameter på gängan än sexkanterna. I alla fall på portalerna, för det är där jag försökte byta ut en dålig fyrkant till en bra sexkant, men den va på tok för stor.  Hur de e med axelväxelns vet jag inte, men antar den är fel med.

okej. Ett alternativ helt klart. Men finns det pluggar med sexkant som passar? Om ja, vilka? Va kostar tanakas plugg?

Vissa axlar har ju sexkant från början som då har större diameter på gängorna än fyrkantspluggarna.

Om det finns passande sexkant istället för fyrkant finns det säkert någon som vet.

Vad för spärrskaft för fyrkantskalle har du hittat?

om du soker pa forumet pa'oljeplugg' sa far du upp traden der den nemns. Sitter med mobilen sa svenskan blir lite fel och kan inte lenka.

Eller så gör man det lätt för sig och svetsar på en mutter med typ 22 mm 6 kantskalle så slipper man brottas med 4 kantsskallar som blir lite rundare för varje gång man lossat den.

Bahco spärrskaft har jag men den är lite för stor så skallarna blir runda till slut ändå. I synnerhet ute vid portalerna där det är lite svårare att komma åt.

Jag har gjort så och det är otroligt mycket smidigare att kolla/fylla oljan nu.

Eller så tar man en gammal 1/2" hylsa kapar isär den på längden å svetsar ihop den så den passar exakt på fyrkansskallen. Jag svetsade bara på ett rör som handtag men om man vill kan man ju svetsa på en annan hylsa så man får 1/2" fäste på den.
