Leaking FD 51 transfer gearbox

hello everybody,

 

my name is sjoerd 

i'm from holland/netherlands.

 

i have a volvo c202 from '79

 

after 3 years standing still and now after a year rebuilding and welding!

 

today is the first day i can drive it!  (got M.O.T.) (APK in dutch) it's amazing !!!!!!!

 

 

 

but.....

 

this is how i find it after a drive of 3 km...

 

so conclusion... after disassemble my rear shaft.

i saw there is oil leaking out of my transfer box .. and a lot of it!!

 

what can i do??? please someone  help!!

 

my seal is gone! 

but also there is space in/on de shaft .. so my bearing is gone to!!

Brukar hjälpa att bra ansätta det koniska lager lite mer.

It's the same bearing and seal to TGB11-13-20.

Should not be too hard to get hold of them. You can order from Sweden, or if you get the stock number then sells probably the most well sorted stores stock them, check with volvo trucks in holland if they can help you with parts

Do you have the spare parts catalogue?

You can get it here, it´s in Swedish and English http://www.c202.org/C202/KatalogC202.rar

It makes it a little easier to find the right parts and to see how the parts are fitted together.
