Accessing old newspaper articles online

British amphibious vehicle awakens great interest. The article also states that "the Swedes are interested in equipping their army and marine with this type of vehicles" and "the British defense authorities has shown interest, but no deal has been made. The vehicle is not in serial production".- 6 svar

The Norwegian digital National library require that you have a Norwegian IP adress to view most newspapers and books, the same might be causing you problems in the Swedish digital newspaper library. Also, other articles require you to be present at a library to read them, your error message in pink states just that, you have to be in the Royal Library or one of very few others to read that particular article. I made a quick search for Norwegian articles in the Norwegian digital National library, not much to find. One of few was this one: Mostly information on the civilian version and all its capabilities. (Note that the newspaper managed to spell "september" wrong.)- 6 svar

You might consider to disable the auto-engage of the front axle when braking hard. The front axle on the C202 is weaker than the front axle on the C303 and in many people's opinion the C202 front axle is too weak to endure this rough function, leading axle snapping.

If you want to be polite you can throw in some general Swedish phrases like "Hej" = "Hi" and "Många tack" = "many thanks". Users of the Nordic languages tend to be more direct both written and spoken compared to users of British English. Sorry for confusing you on the Norwegian/Swedish language, the main language here is of course Swedish: I was studying geosciences at the University of Iceland in my younger days, as an exchange student. Before a lesson (in the Physical Geography of Iceland for Foreigners) I (a Norwegian) and a Swedish boy were talking with each other since we were a bit early. Then some other foreign students arrived. One of the Americans asked "What language are you speaking"? I replied "Norwegian" and my Swedish friend replied "Swedish". That lead to more questions and we had to explain to them that the Norwegian and Swedish languages are so close that with some practice we understand each other pretty well. This includes Danish too, but Danish the last 50 years has changed/evolved to be more difficult for the others to understand. When I write in this forum I always write in Norwegian even though it is in technical language the differences are greatest. We also use two different lettes, but they are usually directly the same: ö = ø and ä = æ. Some written examples, including some "false friends": eng. - swe. - nor. moose - älg - elg noise - buller - støy funny - rolig - moro calm - lugn - rolig yes - ja - ja no - nej - nei (written different, pronounced almost the same) fan - fläkt - vifte pear - päron - pære light bulb - glödlampa - lyspære (yes, light bulb in Norwegian is bright pear, the same in Danish as well) banana - banan - banan (a common Swedish joke is that banana in Norwegian is gulebøy [yellow bend], but it is not) window - fönster - vindu (the English word actually comes from old-Norwegian vind-auge [wind-eye] brought to England with the Vikings) wipers - torkare - viskere love - kärlek - kjærlighet/kjærleik (there are two ways of writing Norwegian, on occasions one way is closer to Swedish)

Don't bother with Google Translate. I feel insulted when people approach me with machine translated text into Norwegian. The education system in the Nordic countries differ a bit from country to country and despite a flaw here and there actually manages to push our children through their childhood with knowledge acquired in the end. So basically every Nordic citizen born after around 1960 know enough English to communicate easily with foreigners.

The best tyres for the L3314/15 is the Petlas NT3 9.00-16. Made in Turkey. I used them on my L3314N for many years.

Facebook's algorithms often tend to block legitimate interest in groups often without the admins' knowledge. It has happened to me as well. I had no idea why.

It seems like Tiagra's website has been reorganized and that the disc brake conversion set har disappeared in the process. Go to https://www.tigerexped.de and there you can find contact info for Tiagra.- 64 svar

Bv202 Lysplatta, Sladdlampa, Bandmonteringsvkt

This plate holder is exactly like the holder on the Norwegian BV202NF1 and the Norwegian L3314N. It is for a plate displaying what military unit your vehicle belongs to. Often they just painted the unit code and unit colour on the vehicle:- 6 svar

Upload an image into Google Disc. Right-click and select "Open With > Google Docs". The text (if any) in the image is then copied and pasted after the image automatically. https://business.tutsplus.com/tutorials/how-to-ocr-documents-for-free-in-google-drive--cms-20460

Trykktesta men fant ingen lekkasjer.
